There is a lot of content in C204. However, it has been hard for me to clearly identify what is a strategy and what is a method and sometimes it feels they are used interchangeably. So for the C204 Task 1 Evaluation of Communications strategies and methods what specific strategies and methods are they looking for? In other words what are the methods and what are the strategies?

Don't overthink it. Task 1 is easy - writing letters to business partners, stakeholders etc. The thing they check is grammar - thats why I purchased Grammarly. The letter has to be formal and very objective

I just submitted Task 1 and am slightly nervous with task 2 as this will be my first time using Panopto. Task 1 wasn't too bad as I am used to writing communications to staff but needed pointers on the stakeholder email. Did you post your presentation on KZbin?
