C2E2 2024 Walk-Through and Haul

Hey guys, I'm back! Thank you all for the patience you've had with my channel over my 2 month hiatus. I recently went to C2E2 in Chicago a few weeks back and had a great time! So I'm showing you guys some footage from the con and showing off everything I got! I also met ‪@ComicTom101‬ and guys, he was seriously the coolest guy....and he's in the video! Shoutout to Tom for being cool and letting me film with him. Hope you guys enjoy this video, and let me know what you guys think!

I've never been to c2e2 or a con that size for that matter chiefly because there's no one in my small circle who is into comics and stuff like I am. Seems like such a big event to go solo to so I guess I've avoided it. But maybe I'm wrong, I'm sure there are others there solo. Good to see Tom in your video. Seems like a very nice individual. I got a haul from his whatnot show including a couple sweet prints, one of the Silver Surfer I'm excited to get in the mail.

Tom was the nicest guy! Going solo to those events is very daunting, I suggest trying a few small ones first and working your way up, the big ones are definitely worth going to. Or maybe you'll make some more friends who want to go with you!

New subscriber here. I haven't been to C2E2 in about 10 years. I left Chicago, Illinois in 2021 and I miss the vibe of the city. I hope to come back next year for C2E2. I had a great time with my son one year.

Do you get better deals at cons or just at local shops?

Depends on what I'm looking for. For run filler and random issues, local shops for sure. But for bigger keys, I've had better luck at getting a better deal at big (and small) comic cons
