C33 Laurel RB25DET NEO swap walkaround

Decided to finally start a chanel while in Covid lockdown. Walkaround and a bit of info on my c33 laurel build. 1992 medalist with an RB25DET NEO and 5speed swap.

Nice bro love c33 and a31.... its nice clean build tasteful... i have a a31 i built 12 years ago when was cheaper.... starting a c33 build now going 30 with neo head....both my builds have started with nice stock clean ish cars its the way to do it....whats deal with s14 is that a build your going to flim ?

Hey dude, love the video. We're going to drop an rb20de neo from a c35 into a factory manual c33 rb20e body. What was the wiring conversion like? Any help or info would be greatly appreciated. cheers.

Cheers mate! Hey when i built this i didnt know much about wiring so had somebody get it running with the factory loom and then decided to go with the haltech which has been spliced into the factory loom but i didnt do it so i dont know exactly what was done. I did the wiring in the latest build but its a bit hard to explain over comments haha. All i can say is get the pinout diagrams of both ecus and the under the dash plugs from the c33 and the car that the motor is out of and try and match everything up. You will need to either re pin the plugs or cut them off and splice then in. You should be able to get 12V power from in the front left of the bay and then the rest of the fuckery will be matching up the wires on the plugs above the passenger footwell

Does anyone make an updated tail lights for c33, kinda like dmax s15 tail lights. I really like the c33 but those outdated dull tail lights just ruin the back.

Not that im aware of. These are the facelift tail lights, there is a different style found on the pre facelift modes however most people find the facelift ones are better looking
