You need toe plates for as much as you need alignments. After some practice using them you should be able to dial in the alignments perfect, with a perfectly straight steering wheel.

I’ve got them, most of my cars I can’t use them because the measuring tape can’t fit under the car and/or the slits in the plates are too high compared to the tapes fitting under the car and they kink. I’ve got it down quite well, the few alignments I’ve had including the C35 in this video…. The rack said I was almost exact

@@OCTANEANDZIPTIES I was having that same problem, I just use some like1 inch gardening bricks to set the car on and elevate it. Or just use slim ramps, it all works the same.
