Freminet can use 2pc atk%/2pc physical, 2pc atk%/2pc atk%, 4pc Pale Flame, or you can use 4pc Marechausse Hunter just pair him with Furina. Atk% Sands, Physical Goblet, CR or CD Circlet. For the weapon, he can use the Melusine Claymore if you've done the event and/or any atk% or crit weap. Hope this helps!

He can also be on Cryo Goblet or an ATK one but I used Physical for him as I put an electro teammate.
