C4 Furina can regen energy outside combat.

It doesn't matter whether the target is full HP, the heals keep ticking and count towards her C4. This also works even if she's not on the field.

C4 Kazuha has a fairly similar passive, if you use him for gliding or use his skill while he has less than 45 energy, he'll regain it

It's called "The caress of three mothers" from Vourukasha oasis area (the desert part closest to fontaine). If you do the pari world quest there you'll know why the song is titled as such, I personally loved it since it has lots of interesting lore
