Awesome technique!!! However, you have some biceps and wrist extesion , and seems like you have some serratus anterior and lattisimus so this is some sparing from C5, C6, which is a great asset to your independent transfers. What other spared muscles do you have from C5 and C6? it is difficult to figure out just by observing your transfers?

So now you know how to practice yourself! But if C4 or T 4, we don't know what's going on and so we can't compare exactly! Try and find your way! I e.g. Put a hole into my ceiling in my living room, put a hook in and slinged a rope through inside out. So there l hang with my shoulders who are out of order (so called "frozen shoulders" with tons of pain every move) and that's my help. And l flaten the differences with cushions ore similar. Try what works best for you! Be blessed!

I'm a C4 complete quad. While I like your video i.t.o. awareness, your wrist movement alone shows you're not complete. Raising your wrist is ascribed to C6. You also seem to have way more trunk support than is possible at C4. Keep making these clips, though. They're awesome. So are you.

Yeah, it's quite unrepresentative. It should be specified in the description. Can be somewhat damaging for new quads to have unrealistic expectations

Peace. Jesus is soon returning. I have been a quad since 1996. I rest with hope and push forward with Jesus Christ. He is true. The world grows colder. Your mom is God's blessings, because there is hardly help in the world. I often wonder if God will do wonders as healing. I lean to believe we are better off as crippled to see reality of sin and know what love is in God by Jesus. If I may push you a bit, pray for everyone. Your prayers are more powerful through weakness. It is a mystery but God is not self serving. We are in His image and by Jesus we know our ability. Jesus knows us. He was crucified so He knows what it is like to not move. Even as a man, He practiced patience before glory. You are a strong girl and a sister in suffering. God be with you and keep that hope burning.
