I love the hire if it was 3 or 4 years ago but I see him retiring in 4 to 5 years. This is just another head coach hunt in the near future unless the game plan is Patrick Graham getting a shot afterwards since this is his 3rd or 4th different head coach also.

The first week after the superbowl, staff week. You can fire your coordinators and rehire them or upgrade to current coaches who got the ax. I've kept mcvay and Campbell as my coordinators forever

I mean after 2-3 seasons if it sucks, realistically that coach would be fired and you'd try something different. Pete doesn't have any scheme, so I actually went extra to find his coaching tree to get a starting point.

as I said in the video, this is last Shedeur rebuild until post-draft. The cowboys/coach prime rebuild wasn't really a realistic rebuild. We've done Sanders/Giants and Sanders/Raiders rebuilds as those are the top 2 landing spots and played out those scenarios.
