Hey there! Great to see people getting actual functionality changes in, I really hope it gets better & better for you ... I'm Mike, I've had a C5 complete injury for 24yr, I had epidural stim surgery placed in my upper spine to try & regain some arm/hand & upper chest function in Aug 2023, I have def got some benefits & working hard to hopefully get more independence, its a long tough but fun road :) Good luck & thanks for posting

i am just sorting some footage to put on YT in the next day or two that I have from my trip to Thailand, the rehab, implant mapping & new function I gained there (after having 7-weeks intense rehab with stimulation, my arms/trunk are quite a bit better, after 20+ years of no change its remarkable! although its still going to take a lot of work yet) i live in the UK. I'll let you know when I post my stuff, I'm very hopeful for this tech in the future.... I've just come across your channel, & catching up on your vids!
