How will the Himalayan 450 cluster connect to the intercom as it uses Wi-Fi I'm planning to use CarPlay, Himalayan Cluster, and C50 pro with T-stick If anyone has a better idea, let me know. Maybe T-stick is redundant I'm open to ideas.

At first I had my doubts after first impressions from other riders who got the device before me. How ever after I got my device and the effort ur team is putting for resolving the issues is very commendable. Love to see more products and international launches also. Yes u should go international after the device stabilizes.

Tested all the features they work fine but its nearly impossible to listen to music and ride when on rides because which ever option we tried it always lowers music volume when I talk or someone else talks in intercom. this sounds like a nice feature but in reality it unsable because some helmets pick wind noises and due to that the mic is always always activated on rides even if incoming sound through intercom is less, since the mic is activated the back ground music gets cut drastically making it useless. Please have a feature where we can completely turn off the audio weave and there is no lowering volume of music regardless, I've tried all combinations of audio weave and it just doesn't work.

The Speed Dial feature in the T-Stick is not functioning as expected. When toggling to Speed Dial mode, the only available option is 'Redial,' and contacts 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 are not accessible. Additionally, the device occasionally shuts off automatically when attempting to connect to the T-Stick. Lastly, the music-sharing functionality delivers poor audio quality, which significantly affects the user experience.

Your name please? I will have someone call you to address the issue with Speed Dial. Not to get too technical, but BuddyConnect music sharing uses an LC3 codec with decent bit rate. While it’s not full fidelity, the loss is low.

For now, you can do universal pairing by placing the C50 in second phone pairing mode and initiating the connection from the other intercom. We will address the app support for this feature soon.

Hi Team! And Pk... Two questions / bugs - 1. Everytime I scan the qr code on either my Motorola Edge 50 (connected to the c50) or a huawei phone ( connected to the c30) the app just closes. Unable to proceed beyond this point. 2. Why is the rider to rider audio quality so tinny, thin, treble high and low bitrate like on the c50s- when compared to the C30 units?

Rider to rider voice quality on the C50 should be better - it is wideband speech (16kHz sample rate vs. 8kHz sample rate on the C30). May I please request you to check the speaker positioning? I will also have someone call you on both points.

The TStick is a remote for the C50 only at this time. While we have ideas on how we can expand it to cover other use cases, its not something we have committed as part of the product at this time.
