i wonder why arlecchino instant proc her c2 at start of 12-3 without dmg ? Isnt save this for later will do more dmg ? Or it share ICD with her Q ?

Its cuz at c6, her burst has additional scaling based on her current bond of life percentage, and the only way to gain that bol is to absorb the blood debts, thereby proccing her c2. Without the bol, she wouldn’t do enough damage to one shot 12-3-1. Her c2 did no damage to the boss because there’s around 3 seconds of start up time for the boss where it is immune to all damage.

c2 has a cooldown, you automatically proc it when you burst while an enemy has a mark (since it "collects all debts") probably he needed to let the cooldown run out for the second phase, so he manually triggered it early

It makes sense since it gives a really chonky buff for normal attackers at R5 and having two of them allows you to use it on both sides. Same reason why some whales have two R5 elegy.
