For Sigewinne's C2 shield, while technically she is the first Hydro shielder, the shield she makes only lasts during the animations shes casting her skills (blowing a bigger bubble with her E or using her burst), so it doesn't carry over to other units unfortunately

Hydro MC also works like that, as well as Candace (Although Hydro MC at C4 I think is the first one to not have it as a counter) Seems Hoyo doesn't intend to make Hydro a shield element

Damn, I came running to your channel right to suggest an Icerock team with Ningguang, just to find you just made a rock team But here goes anyway I wanted to use Ningguang with Navia's set (I got one from abyss, but lacks Crit rate) and ended up with a shortage of Crit rate, even though the crit damage is fine, especially after throwing The Widsith in there. So I just slapped Chiori into the team and realized I didn't need Albedo like I first wanted to do So instead I just put a 100% Crit Rosaria and Charlotte to keep uptime in the Cryo resonance for an extra total 30% Crit rate. It isn't meta, it will never be meta, but it is fun as all hell, would recommend. That or swap out Charlotte for Layla like I ended up doing (I also have a full Retracing Bolide set just for Ningguang before Navia's set came out and wanted to give that a try) and it works. I feel like it shouldn't but it does. Anyway, I leave my suggestion here for a future run!

If you already didn't, you can get 1 from an npc in Sumeru, near Gandharva Ville (called Shirin) and 1 from an npc in Inazuma, on Ritou docks (called Nakano)... if perhaps another character who can use it well is released.
