Chasca is far more powerful than I thought she was. Not necessarily because of her damage but the fact that she literally doesn't require any set ups like most, if not all other dps. I'm really considering her C2 since I got extremely lucky with her C1. I was about to build pity when she showed again just 5 wishes later. Personally, I think it's the best C1 in the game for many reasons. But that's another topic
