09+ models you should drain the dry sump oil lines and it gets out a whole extra quart, so it actually takes 11.5 quarts

A terrible mistake you made was not using blue lint free shop towels to check your oil, but you were very entertaining, especially the quick flash of the phone to do list. 😂. Keep up the good work! 👍 A tip I'd have for you is to get the valves for the oil plug drains to make life even easier & faster, also so that you never have to worry about over tightening/stripping them. Install them once & you will wonder how you didn't get them earlier. Enjoy & save the wave! 👋

I’m guessing you probably don’t have much experience, since you didn’t guesstimate how much oil came out, or legitimately didn’t have anything proper to measure how much oil came out..? Putting in MORE than what came OUT, is always a bad idea….
