Eula c6 is one of the strongest char's I've seen clearing every abyss since I started playing genshin in version 3.6 solo, but personally my favourite one are wrio and Yelan c6 in solo.

the normal rotation eula is> press e, Q , Press and hold E(wait until the final explosion occur then do the 4 NA), 4 NA (sorry my english is bad)

It seems like your Eula combo is not quite right. You should use the combo E(tap)>Q>N4>E(hold)>N4, and remember not to use hold skill at the start of the combo because it will waste one stack.
