1990, when I was 9, my cousin (25 years that day) told me that after you completed the last level, the video sequence would show you chasing the scorpion with a tank. I told him he was a liar and he punched me in the face for me attacking his god-like authority. Today, I saw this video, had my proof, went to my cousin and made him pay for his lies and his aggression towards me. Revenge is sweet.

I got randomly reminded of this game today when I saw someone's drawing of a rollercoaster. "Hold on, those tracks look exactly like that game Pipeline!", I thought and BOOM, the music got stuck in my head. It's been 30 years. Weird how the brain works. You made my day with this video, and I'm astonished how hard it gets. I don't think we ever got further than ten or so levels. Thanks for the upload!

Probably my favourite childhood game from when I was 5. I used to love the way the pipe drew itself at the start of each level. I had a debate once on Lemon64.com about the scorpion - a couple of people thought it was a lobster, but I stuck to my guns...I'm glad others agree too :)

interesting enough the theme on the home screen is the same music as in the Atari game mouse trap. Though I think this is 3 years older than that game so they took it from this one.
