C7 Corvette Z06 Intercooler bleed purge

How to video for the C7 Corvette Z06 intercooler bleeding / purging. The tubing is 1" inside diameter vinyl.
The video has three sections-
1- Bleeding the intercooler hoses with the Gspeed Tool and checking the factory reservoir tank.
2 - (5:11 mark) Running the engine to check for aerated coolant(Good)
3- (5:31 mark) Showing the intercooler circuit that is not bled and how the coolant is not stable and aerated(bad).
The system should be COOL. If the car is hot the intercooler system is under pressure and scalding hot coolant will shoot out when removing the intercooler fill cap. The process should be repeated at least 4-6 cycles, then driven for a day or two and the whole purge process should be completed a second time (4-6 cycles) to ensure a purged system.

Just a question: when you turn the car off, the coolant goes away from the tube and possibly air is entering back in the circuit. Why don't you add coolant in the tube to prevent this to happen? Just a little should be enough.

what kind of decrease in engine operating temperature have you seen with this tank?

There is no decrease in engine operating temperature with this new tank since the Intercooler circuit is separate from the engine coolant circuit. +Mike X if you pop open that lid to add ice won't it lose its prime ?? After you add ice and it melts do you have to replace all of the coolant ? Trying to understand this better

Mike X hi i have a question whats the little plate in the middel? i dont have this on my engine is ther a lt4 you ave a little gm plate

schlingel ifyou have an LT4 you should have the plate with the engine builder's name. It is under the pcv hoses.
