How is the visibility from the rear view mirror/camera with this wing in place?

If you adjust the camera it sits at the very bottom of the mirror and it’s barely noticeable

I'll have holes from the factory wing. What is that under the wing and does it cover the holes?

That Is a ducktail Verus is making to cover the holes and to help assist the rear wing for more efficiency

The baseplates aren't plastic, they are machined aluminum.
