Notice that since the turns are so tight and thus the speed is below 70mph, this video demonstrates the lower speed ediff mode where gm DOES let the back end come around the car and spin off the road/track It's important to understand that just because the car doesn't let you spin it at 80mph at 1.2 lateral g with ESC off, it DOES let you spin it at below 70mph at 1.2 lateral g. The car pushes straight off the road above 80mph if you take the turn too fast below 70 the car tries to spin like an old school Porsche 911 So you can't wait for the back end to step out at speeds above 70 or 80ish mph, because it literally can't (unless the ediff glitches, then you will spin basically no matter what if you're at the limit when it happens) Instead, at higher speeds, the car will lose grip and push off the road first before the rear ever steps out to give you warning that you are at the end of traction limit. @ccllvn the driver is decent at race tracks against pros But he views them as robots Put us all on a new road where we must size it up in real time, and my money is in myself and the guys who send in these videos to me, always ;)
