I still don't get why so many ppl don't lock the basic F kick skill, its pretty useless and I see them ruining their combos when trying to do Shift+F

It is alive yeah. Classic server is just for private matches with friends (server in Europe), not many active players. Chinese private server has much more players. There is also official server but pvp is dead there.

For classic just go to c9classic.com for Chinese Private Server just go to the discord, in playguide section you can find tutorial. If you are from Turkey I think you can have green ping on China server also.
