it will take him a while to get into pro scene because he was forced to leave c9 in last year ( correct me if im wrong ) because of the riot import rule a single roster can't have 2 foreigners in a team so rush was forced to leave rush will comeback in pro scene ( i guess, if he wanted to ) in 2019

Syrup Sandwiches he doesn't intend on returning to C9. Rush wants to play in LCK, and even tried out for SKT earlier this year. The problem is, no Korean team wants him. Also, he faces pressure from his parents, because they want him to complete his college education

Majax as mentioned before, C9 already has two import slots filled. Technically, they have 3 imports: Ray, Impact and Jensen. Either toplaner will take up an import slot in-game. Anyways, Rush was moved to C9 Challenger back then, but he had no interest in playing in NACS, so he moved back to Korea in hopes of joining a Korean team.

I doubt the import restrictions will change. Riot made that decision precisely because they didn't want too many teams from a given region to fill their rosters with foreign talent. They want to encourage the nurturing of native talent, and I don't see why Riot would change their mind. And I don't think 10man rosters are a guarantee, nor a mandatory measure. C9 also probably intends on keeping Ray on, and there's no way in hell they're going to move him to the upcoming Academy League, as NACS wil no longer exist. As for Rush's thoughts, I obviously cannot claim I know what he's thinking, but it's been quite some time since Rush left C9 Challenger. He has expressed on stream that he wants to remain a pro, but that he failed to get onto a Korean team. I mean, why else would Rush move back to Korea? He could have tried out for another NALCS team, but he left NA altogether.

One of the great (but also sad) things about C9 at Worlds is that they are able to reunite with Rush. I was watching the stream last night when they found him and when Sneaky asked Rush if he wanted to go out for food and Rush replied that he hasn't been outside in a long time and now "I'm as fat as you"...it was classic Rush. Still when he says things like "Im not good!" and "I go back to the sky now" you can really feel his depression. It's kind of heartbreaking but I hope Sneaky, Jensen, and his old teammate Impact are able to see him and take him to dinner. Remind him that he is still loved.

He commited his life to playing LoL after leaving C9 and failed at it pretty hard (as for him), people wanned to see SKT T1 Rush but Kkoma might have known something that we did not back then :/

He really is depressed. In their culture it is frowned upon to talk about your problems and this often leads to mental issues and suicide. They often just want you to "suck it up" and deal with things yourself and not talk about it. Sneaky and C9, please help him... I really think he needs it.
