Bay Leaf - 2
Black Pepper - 1 tsp
Cloves - 1/2 tsp
Black Cardamom - 2
Green Cardamom - 3
Cinnamon - 1
Mace - 1
Cumin - 1 tsp
Onions - 5
Garlic - 2 Tbsp
Ginger - 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - a few
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Degi Mirch Powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Hot Water - as required
Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

Hello, Whenever you are adding yogurt directly or indirectly make sure there are no lumps and while adding lower the flame then add yogurt mix or marination then mix it really well slowly increase the flame and you will see some good results. :)

Try to add bhuna darra dhania just 5 minutes before it is cooked...as adding earlier it spoils the colour of the chicken and the smell of dhania is a avoperated by its finished. Add kasuri methi along with fresh corinder when you added in the middle of your cooking process. Then also add little bit to garnish the dish with both/ ginger jullions in the end. It will take your dish to the other level. Must add chicken or meat massala also in your dish with your powder massalas...Next time make it like this...

Plz add frequently fresh green corinder and kasuri methi and twice garam massala as well. 10 minutes before it is cooked again add ginger garlic paste...will take your dish to the MICHLIN STYLE dish..add chatt masala will make chatpatti dish .. rest keep on adding your own ingridents and massalas frequently. God bless ...your receipes are much better than other chefs...plz add my tips also than see your dish will be finger licking and mouth watering 😋 😜
