Ingredients:
FOR PULAO
500grm Basmati Rice
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp clarified butter
½ tbsp cumin
3 green cardamom
4 cloves
2 cinnamon stick
10-12 peppercorns
1 black cardamom
2 bay leaves
2 dry red chillies
2 medium sized onion
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
2 large sized Tomato
1½ tsp salt
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp cumin powder
250grm fresh peas
4-5 green chillies
3 medium sized potato
handful of chopped coriander
some fresh mint leaves
FOR RAITA
150grm Curd
chopped green chilli, onion and
some chopped coriander
½ tsp black salt + ½ tsp salt
add some chilli flakes and ½ tsp cumin powder
