I used mustard oil and it turned out so delicious… the flavours of the spice and brinjal came out so nicely… thanks a bunch for this “chatekar 👌🏻” recipe

First of alk i love your nail polish and ypu are confident. Secondly too much begun, sweet corn , white flour, rice, fried foods, oils, not good for people with fatty liver HOWEVER you can steam / boil your veg and add flavour by adding Cayenne pepper ( good for stroke blood clotting heart attack).

It became a Mish mash of veggies though the taste was good. Was difficult to get the brown color after adding baingan.

bahut achi recipe hai magar ek sawaal hai aapne baingan ki dandi nahi nikaali, kyun? koyi khaas wajah hai iski? agar dandi nikaal dete toh stir fry karne mein thodi aasaani bhi hosakti thee.

Mere husband ab kisi aur tareeke se alloo baigan nahi khate hain... aisa nahi hai ki meri apni recipe ya unki khud ki recipe achi nahi thi.. lekin ab wo bus yahi banvate hain😀 apki sabzi had se zyada tasty hai.
