As per my knowledge and experience, big 4 firms will hire when both grps cleared so you can start looking for when you clear both your grps

Mostly english is preferred, you can use hindi in between but try to avoid!

I think it would be available for cma students as well but I dont have anyone in contact who is pursuing CMA so not sure

no, you have to select one domain, you can switch that later if firm allows.
