What is the growth opportunity in Offshore area of Big 4 for a fresher CA. Recently I heard from frnds that they take you in for atleast 50k but then their annual growth rate is just about 5 to 6%

i have seen papers of ACCA and i can rest assure that it is far more tough Qualification to crack as compared to CA, even a lot of my CA Final appearing friends find it tough to solve ACCA papers which are totally practical and concep oriented . Although the passing percentage maybe high but we must also analyse the impact of the passing percentage in global level . ACCA applicants are thrice as much as compared to CA students . ACCA being a global qualification gives global passing percentage where India's share is very less . We have to look and analyse that a CA being an Indian Qualification its domain and students are limited to India and ACCA being a global Qualification its domain and student base is spread across worldwide . Please do analyse the passing percentage of ACCA in India .It is as much CA qualification. But i do agree that ACCA markets a lot about its qualification

CS as a career option is growing by leaps and bounds and comparing a CS with a CA and an MBA is the most biggest blunder a person could make . A CS is a KMP from the start . It is for Professionals like Company Secretary for whom a company could achieve maximum profit through Good Governance , With increasing scope and need for Corporate Governance, Valuation , Taxation (GST) , Compliance Audit , Capital Markets and SEBI regulations, and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Professionals to handle Corpoorate Frauds .A CS job is not limited to Secretarial Practice but is an indispensable and independent profession having immense scope in multifarious fields . Rightly said where there is law there is scope of CS . Please do not demean and misguide people by comparing a CA with CS or an MBA with CS . CS qualifications knowledge and approach on law is incomparable to a CA or an MBA . And as per your statement of CS course being next to MBA and CA is not justified on the ground that an MBA and a CA cannot perform a work of a CS . That implies vice versa too a CS cannot perfom a CA work ..Both are unique qualifications in their own domain . It is like comparing apples with oranges .Both having different job roles to offer . But the sad reality is only CA and MBA are hyped so they get in the limelight . And the work of CS is left unseen and such stereotypical thinking in the society is increasing
