Can a CA and Lawyer form a Multi disciplinary Partnership and share profits of the professional business?

Yes , Regulation 53 B allows a CA in practice to enter in partnership with members of other professional bodies and Bar council is covered so you can enter into partnership , Also regulation 53A allows sharing of profits with the members of other professional bodies and Bar council is also covered there . But to form a partnership to share profits with the member of other professional body there should be a corresponding permission from that professional body and As per Bar council of India Rules , 1975 , An advocate shall not enter into partnership for sharing of the profits with any person or legal practitioner who is not and Advocate . So in real terms no such partnership can be formed unless bar council also allows it .

Just watched 13 minutes of this video and realised it is extremely helpful , thankyou so much mam , ❤ but mam i have suggestion for you ki ans agar q ke sath naa show ho to better hoga aaise 1 2 minutes hame khud sochne ka time mil jaega while reading the question, while reading the q ans dekh rhe h too automatically dhyan jaa hi rhaa hai and mind efforts nhi laga rha h khud sochne ka
