sir mjaa aaya ,,,i thought that u will provide amendment lecture only....but u r also covering revision,,,,,,students its my advise take entire revision lecture , i dont say u will get exemption but kvl or kvl revision lecture ache se dekh liye to 40 to koi bhi nhi roke,,,ye un students k liye h jo dt me 40 aajaye bus,,,baki sath me aur ache se pdh liye ya pdha hua h ek bar ,,u can cross 50 .thanku sir,,, there are many faculty in DT,,vo sub ache honge but sir u r diamond,,,,,experience bolta h,,,,no one can reach at ur level,,,,mene 3-4 other famous faculty se bhi dt pdhi h but sir vo gold h to aap diamond,,,,,hats off u sir,,,,thanku dil se thanku,,

Doubt: Loan from foreign co to indian co. Is div u/s 2(22)(e) and not covered u/115BBDA/BBD .And u/s 2(22)(e) deemed div is payable by indian co.(payer) @30% and not the shareholder, so Here in this case indian co is (payee). This is itself contradicting

arpit arora i think he was never out of competition it was just our shortcuts. No teacher can take his place, the knowledge he possesses and his teaching style is too gud. These revision lectures are his way of showing others that if he will upload lectures then students will watch his videos only.

Dear sir, thank you for these wonderful classes. I request your clarification on section 28(ii). From a plain reading, only contracts relating to assessee's business is covered. So could you please confirm non taxability if the contract is : a) related to profession - since business and profession are distinct under Income Tax Act. I am not convinced that the case law relating to professional is overruled. OR b) of personal nature. Kindly clarify these for me.
