2:15:12 why can't we make assessee liable to pay tax on RCM basis?? If someone is purchasing goods from unregistered make him liable under RCM. Please Clarify, why the same concept not apply here

Mam ques no 16B and D co usmai itc ki calculation mai 3,20,000 less kyu kiya ?? Agar voh stock sale ho rha hai tb bhi itc toh milna chahiye ?

because we need to compute closing stock eligible for claiming ITC on 2nd October. Since we have stock details of 30th sept, we will reduce the cost of goods sold being 80% of sales and no purchases were made after this date (30 sept). Out of this balance computed 3L is ineligible for ITC as invoice is older than 1yr
