I gave alternative answer for 3(b) assuming sales for composition would be at 80.357lacs and in that case regular scheme was favourable. for that i got only 1 marks. just because conclusion is different from answer key. Same is the case with ship demurrage. Ship demurrage is included in assessable value only if it incurred in casse of charterd vessel. I took the assumption that it was not charterd vessel and i got only 1 marks for that. Sorry to say.. you may make aany amount of assumptions, but if the fugures are in the answer key, then only you would get marks. May God Bless you!

Q:- 2(a)(vi).. point mam not clear.. Apka marathon Dekha usmai kuch or hai... plz Doubt clear kare.. liquidate damage agar W/o agreement hai to not taxable, but agar agreement hai to taxable Hona chahiye...

But the intent of agreement is only to compensate for loss due to damages
