maam, please clarify on thedoubt. at 23:00 As Finmin Ltd is providing sponsorship services to Bhakti & Sons ( the reason why it is liable to RCM). for determination of POS for sponsorship services, should'nt it be determined as per general provisions of sec 12( B2B- LOR), instead of event organising. the main service is sponsorship and not event organising.If finmin avails services from another supplier for event then POS would be based on Event organising. Is it correct?
