17:27 But for a financial company whose job is to provide LOANs to other people/entity and earn interest on them then if that company just parks it's suplus funds in FD and earns interest on it shouldn't be in Operating Activities rather should be consider as Investing activities. This is what I beleive. Because for that Company parking surplus funds in FDs isn't part of operations.
