The normal formula for reorder level is (Max consumption in max lead time) + safety stock.... so why do we take (average consumption in average lead time)?

the formula actually is max cons × max lead time or the other formula is safety stock + (avg cons × avg lead time)

Bcoz question me diya h generally it takes 6 days...which means... Itna toh lagega hi... Baaki iske upar ka jitna bhi extra days hoga vo safety stock hoga...i hope i helped you
