Because his sister is very old and back when she was 15, things were a lot different than now. People actually started working when they were kids.. They had to, if a parent was sick, and she was the oldest to help provide for her siblings. My grandma quit school in 7 the grade and went to work.. Its just what happened then. Kids weren't spoiled and ungrateful. They really tried to help their families survive. I am only 38, and I started working at 14.. I was in a group home and was a foster child.. It still happens.. Be happy your one of the lucky ones..

I went to work at 15. Took a different day off each week and went to school on that day so the school wouldn't find out I was working. Age 16 I packed my things, left home and went to learn the hotel trade from the bottom upwards. I'm nearer to retirement age now and am running my own successful business, all with no qualifications from school as I had to bring in a wage to help support other, male, siblings who were in education. My situation was not that unusual.

Everyone keeps saying he/she won the jack-pot price of $xxx. No one says how much they actually got from their winnings. It comes to about 1/3 (maybe a bit more depending how much tax you pay, also when you cash out too etc). So his $14 mil is more like $6mil in real life. And if you are not careful it can go very fast. God bless him though.
