Sir in tyu2 at 48:30 shouldn't we calculate direct basic pay+overtime basic pay while calculating direct labour costs.... asking because in the previous sum we calculated both and in this sum u have calculated only direct basic pay and not direct overtime pay..pls reply🙏

T.T×T.R + TS/TA(percentage)×T.T×T.R Time taken(T.T) is (36 mins=0.6 hour) So, =0.6×4.80+24/60(%)×0.6×4.80 =2.88+40%×2.88 =2.88+1.152 =$4.032/- maybe this one is right.. Q k bonus ka matleb he yahi hai k cost kam ho jaye with respect to production. Q k ek kaam jismein 4.80 hourly rate hai, aur employee usko 0.6 hour mein kr raha hai, toh usky liye wage payment $5.952 kaise ho sakti hai? Hum efficiently kaam kr rahy hai, phir bhi kharcha barh raha hai, bonus s liye dy rahy hai k kharcha(cost) kam hojaye w.r.t production. Aur aap ky answer k mutabiq kharcha barh raha hai. Aisa mjhe laga, baqi main bhi ghalat ho sakta hai.

Bro ist thing formula is Time saved×rate×%age 0.6 is not time saved its time spent on product 0.4 will be time saved so Time saved(0.4)×rate(4.8)×%age(0.6) =1.152+ basic rate 4.8 So answer will be 5.95
