1 Cabbage (1.8kg)
Canned Chickpeas or Boiled Chickpeas
100g onion, 100g pepper
2 tablespoons soybean paste, 1 tablespoon Green plum extract, 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
🌱 How to make
Chickpea Ssamjang
1. Rinse canned chickpeas in water
2. Roughly mash the chickpeas.
3. Add chopped onion, red pepper, soybean paste, plum extract, and sesame and mix.
Cut the cabbage into bite-size pieces by referring to the video.
Do not throw away the leaves with thick cores, put them in a pot first.
Add the cabbage.

Add 2-3 tablespoons of water and boil over high heat for 5 minutes, then steam for 2 minutes.
It is good to eat sweet cabbage and fresh and light chickpea ssamjang with rice.
Since it is not salty, you can taste and feel full even if you just add ssamjang to lose weight.
Finely chop the remaining cabbage. And after rinsing with water, drain and refrigerate and enjoy fresh for salads :)
