THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST VIDEO I HAVE FOUND ON THIS PLANT!!!! THANK YOU!!! I have 2 of them and I find it super difficult to find any videos that are as informative, clear, and helpful as yours. Whoever this man is that did this video - he should do them all!!!!! Brilliant. Thank you 🥹🙂

I had two beautiful ones until last year and a squirrel ate them...I really wish my favorite nursery would get this back in stock.

Thanks. How is today the first time I've ever heard of this amazing plant? From an online search turning up an article* mentioning it then searching youtube w the species name & finding this FWIW. * This artice "Extreme Botany ;YThe Precious Science of Endangered Rare Plants" by Janet Marinelli, Yale Environment 360, published 18th October 2018.

It's great you're preserving these beautiful species by sharing them with the world. I have it at home and it's pretty. I'm definitely going to put it in a bigger pot now that I've seen it can grow to such a beautiful little tree. My leaves tend to die and dry out at once, but then little leaves start growing again. Is there anything I could improve to prevent this from happening? (as it doesn't seem to be natural)

So they grow well above 60f. Am staying at Singapore so the temperature range from. 75f to 80f in rainy seasons or it rains here. Constant average at 80f -90f. So not sure would it do well here.

Are you guys going to sell this again? I wanted to buy one last year but it seems like there was trouble with the supplier or people bought them up too fast or something.

Hi, I just bought this plant, and I wanted to know if a 20 20 20 fertilizer (halving the dose of use) could be fine. the soil a mix of soil for succulents, perlite, coconut peat and expanded clay can be fine? Thanks a lot!!
@LogeesPlants5 жыл бұрын
Yes, just careful with the watering with the clay as it tends to trap moisture around the roots.
@gianlucatoso82635 жыл бұрын
@@LogeesPlants Thanks a lot for the answer. Instead of expanded clay, would it be ideal to use volcanic lapillus?
@LogeesPlants5 жыл бұрын
Tends to be high in pH. We generally recommend just a well draining soil which is free from any sort of fertilizers. A mix of 1/3 peat moss, 1/3 perlite, and 1/3 pine bark is sufficient.

I have one of these. It started off looking very healthy but it’s leaves have started to wrinkle and droop and maybe yellow a tiny bit. . The new small leaves at the very top seem to be healthy. It’s right in my window which is south facing so gets natural light pretty much all day and when it’s sunny it’s in direct sunlight. I water it once a week. Never leave water in the bottom of the pot I let it drain through. It’s always very dry by the time o water it. I can’t work out what it wants. Any help appreciated.
