I don't know why I have never cooked cabbage using this recipe. It tastes way better than schnitzel. The taste is simply incomparable! 1. Chop 500 grams of cabbage, cover with water and boil for 7-8 minutes.
2. Drain the cabbage and let cool.
3. Cut 1-2 onions, fry in vegetable oil. Add 2 cloves of garlic.
4. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces.
5. Salt 2 eggs and mix well.
6. Squeeze the cabbage and put the eggs in it, stir.
7. Add the tomatoes, red pepper (or chilli powder), a pinch of salt, black pepper, fried onion to the cabbage and mix everything together.
8. Add 3 tablespoons of flour and stir.
9. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
10. Fry the cabbage escalopes on both sides.
11. Place the cabbage escalopes on kitchen paper to remove excess fat.
