1/2 small cabbage
2 eggs
Mozzarella
Spices:
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp Thyme
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Sweet Paprika
Black pepper
For presentation I used Chives and Maldon salt 😊

It's even better when you add chopped bacon and shallots too. I make this all the time and also add a little bit of lemon herbs and garlic seasoning too. Puts another element of yum to it

Cabbage with eggs probably does taste good, but it is not remotely comparable to pizza. I don't mean quality, I mean they aren't even close to similar dishes, so the comparison makes no sense. That's like saying traditional pho is better than stuffed baked potatoes. No, it's not. They are both great, and totally different.

Yes, this is the base. Add cilantro, tomato and avocado on top...you have another flavor. Top with bacon, cheddar and tomato... another flavor. You get the idea. The possibilities are endless. Sticking to a low-carb /high fiber lifestyle is not only beneficial but extremely tasty 😋

Mrs. Sophie , great recipe & looks delicious , i think i am going to use Swiss guyere cheese ( my fave cheese) instead of mozzarella cheese , i am going to also add fresh chives from our garden with buttered toasted German rye bread & a cold glass of tomato or :V - 8 juice to drink. Your recipe is good for any meal any time of the day, God Bless you & your family.. btw , if it is an evening meal i think i will ask my wife to bake a German chocalete cake & have a hot cup of coffee
