1/2 cabbage.
3 egg whites.
1 carrot.
I use a special grater.
1 potato.
1 red onion.
Mix the vegetables well.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Dried garlic.
Italian herbs.
Olive oil.
Parmesan cheese.
3 tomatoes.
Turn over using a plate.
Add 3 egg yolks.
Parmesan cheese.

Yummy! Beautiful presentation! I looove cabbage done any way, every which way. Such a versatile veggie. I grow them in my Alaska garden. This recipe reminds me of my Filipino version of the Italian frittata. In mine I put a little bit of any leftover meat such as chicken, ground pork, or even bacon. 😋😛

Oh my goodness! I tried the recipe and I is truly delicious! I substituted sun dried tomatoes for the tomato. This is a real keeper. It's healthy yet you don't feel at all deprived. That said, pizza won't lose sleep about being replaced.

Good and healthy. But I doubt the vegetables are properly cooked, particularly the potatoes. It will be better if they are stir fried first in sequence. Cabbage need to be chopped more thin. Plus you can add finely chopped green coriander and enhance the taste and flavor.

Why only eggs white? The yellow part has all the vitamins and nutrients and has all 3 main vitamins for your rettina _ eye health, the cholesterol in eggs does not effect blood levels with5-6 eggs a week , me. An. Eye doctor
