@dove, for your hollandaise: add the butter very slowly, be super patient. If it is lumpy and not just broken, you are probably cooking it at too high a temperature, so maybe try turning it down a bit? You could be accidentally scrambling the eggs. Use a whisk instead of a spoon and dont stop stirring (relatively briskly). :)

Totally laughed out loud at this episode!! Rainer..."he's not my friend" lol Eden, "we're not on the AT anymore"...(wouldn't know it from the cabin! just sayin'!!) Seven, "and that's it" "you have to pay to see"..ynuck ynuck ynuck...I remember when my mother taught us all how to play penny annie poker..we had to go through the house and find as many pennies as we could and then we got to play. (back in the day when pennies meant something) Good times. Very enjoyable episode.

With the diesel van. I would read up or ask the dealer, when it's fridged. I know on some diesels you have to turn the key to on and wait for the glow plugs to warm. Also it heats the fuel. And try to keep the tank really full.

Dove the way I make my gravy and sauces not chunky is by putting it in a thin like screen colander. I put it in and stir it around till it come out. I have also put it in a cheese cloth and squeezed it through. It seems to take care of the lumps and make people think I know what I am doing. Anna

I played poker with my kids for gummi bears a couple of times ,, but they would always eat their bears before the end. So I moved on to other games with them :-)

My diesel engine has a heater that has a plug. I just plug it up with a heavy extension cord. I thought all diesels would have that.

You need to get a 12 gage extension cord and plug in about 2 hours before you need to start your van.

@@FightforTogether there's gel stuff you can buy for diesel fuel. Go to any truck stop..or o'reillys has it as well. I used to have a little toyota pup, it had glow plugs through...they had to be ignited first. Sometimes i had to turn them on several times. When they stop working they can be replaced.
