As a long distance truck driver, I guess my daily routine is starting the truck and driving all day ! 🥴 The game changer for me was bringing my rescue dog with me on the road. It’s funny how having to take care of a dog on the road shifts your daily routine. Now I have to stop frequently for my dog’s pee break. Wouldn’t you know that this little guy needs to eat regularly too ?!?!? But the best part is being able to cuddle together after our day is done. Unlike my wife, I don’t meditate but cuddling with my dog is probably just as good for me as meditation is good for her.

I’m happy you made a cooking video😊 you have achieved the peace and tranquility that I yearn for all the time. I take small steps now and take time to do things that give me happiness. One day when I have stopped working, I hope to spend most of my time living a happy and peaceful life. You are a beautiful person inside and out. Il s’agit d’un durcissement d’un tissus formant une lésion, dans mon cas autour de l’enveloppe de mes nerfs, car je suis atteinte de sclerose en plaque. Merci pour votre question! :)
