Please government listen carefully I am from barabanki UP and mentha oil is our main cash crop but government import tons of synthetic mentha oil from China, synthetic mentha oil per 12% gst hai and same hamaare neutral mentha oil per bhi 12%gst hai Aur Dono ka HSN code bhi same hai😢 synthetic mentha oil per 15 to 20 USD import Levi lagai jaye and iske Alawa dono ka HSN code Alag kiya jaye Abhi 6-7 saaal pahle jo mentha oil 1600 to 1700 per kg sell hota tha retail mai Aaj 900 se 970 tak hi bik raha hai, lagat bhi dubbl ho gayi hai aur rate Half ho gaya hai, Mentha farmers mar rahe hain...... 😢😢😢😢😢

Out of ₹14000 crore , how many pennies will reach the pocket of real farmers? Let it be a product incentive? The past examples indicate that it will end up in creating more posts of scientists and officials, there by Government will recoup 30% as Income tax; and promote some influential business, through which the government gains 18% as GST ( virtually). Why does the government link the direct income support to land ownership ? It should have been ideal if it was linked to the farm produce! The government enhances the salary of officials every 6 months citing CPI, under the banner DA, While it's SHAME that direct income support of farmers is stagnant on what it started 6 years ago!!

Quality of food was extremely good way back in the past where none of the so-called "science" was there to spoil things. Awesome science is happening now and quality of food is extremely low in the present times. Nice proof of how things have "improved" !! After UK started on the "organic" crze, we are now going back to being "organic" which was originally the case in India. Shame on our slave colonial mentality and not having any faith in our indigenous expertise. Data, my foot. None of this will solve the problem of having enough food on the table. Not realistic. Data doesn't grow crops. No farmer does this kind of analysis. First tap into native Indian knowledge, the panchang. This is bound to fail, if gov makes money making exercise for themselves and the corporate. First give aid to farmers, not LOAN!

Soil testing laboratory for every district and tied with Agriculture college with scientist on ground helping farmers with weather dept as well. For first few years farmers needs them. From then farmers can be able to do them. Machinery needs to be there where human wages ate increasing. Brazil is most machinized country in less time.
