They are always increasing posts at Officer level (For meetings) but no post is being sanctioned at Group B & C level (actual workforce)....Workforce will be attached from already overburdened subordinate offices...These days a Group B & C employee is enforced to do tasks of 3-4 personnel...As 1st step, remove Sofasets and Beds from the offices of all Group A officers at all levels and give them chairs.

Answer is Option C The Parliament determines legally the qualifications of the members of the Commission and their selection methods. Under Article 280 of the Constitution, the Finance Commission is appointed by the President.

People are Crying about Gujarat 🥴 Actually Gujaratis pay more tax (Gujarat+Maharashtra industrialists) they provide more private Jobs, Plus Gujarat attracts more Foreign investment. And Gujarat has one of the most stable Government which helps to Provide Long term MEGA projects like Smart City,GIFT CITY(project like these needs at least 15-20 year and Gujarat is happy with same Government for even 25-30 years and other State fails in it) and also Gujarat has no Direct income from Liquor like other state plus Corruption rate is Low in Gujarat on ground level so Consider all points and than Think about creating Stable Government first.

Finance commission should also recommend the percentage of expenditure in various sectors...... E.g- minimum 2%-3% of total GDP of a state, infrastructure etc. With this we will come out from freebies.....
