Robert there’s a dressing called adaptic it’s look like oily gauze, apply over cleaned skin tear, antibiotic cream then bandage, it’ll heal the skin up. You can change bandage leave the adaptic few days skin will heal over quick. I’m a nurse

Next Walmart run you should look for self adhesive ace bandage wrap like they use when you have blood drawn and keep several rolls in your first aid kit and your truck so when you need to create a bandage you don’t need a tape and works to help keep dirt out better and easy to remove.
