Sir, as you said Fh will be same on both side but i calculuted Fh using right side sag and distance there was lil difference your Fh is 3790 and when i calculated using right side my Fh was 3786. I know its not much difference but its not same. Is this difference negligible. BTW THANKS for video
@1963rzr2 жыл бұрын
Sir, Your calculations are either wrong or you didn't use all decimals...Fh is always the same
@Tide_029 ай бұрын
even if you use all the decimals we not gettin 3790 for the RHS
@_notme1173 ай бұрын
@@Tide_02 If you use up to 4 decimals you'll get the same Fh on both sides

Sir i have an one important question and it is very doubtful for me. This question is when you determine the tension of B,y then why you calculate sum of fy in whole free body? please answer this question quickly if it is possible for you.

hi, at 6:17 you wrote x=25÷(1.08165) but I think that it must be x=25÷(1.8165)

I saw on other notes that the formula for Fh = wL²/8h instead of wL²/2h ?
@berkexan41177 ай бұрын
Oh wait i think i got it,some notes would leave L representing the whole length,not the half length; w(L/2)²/2h = wL²/8h

How do we find the maximum tension of the cable and also the minimum?
@1963rzr4 жыл бұрын
Hi. Hello to you too.
@ConceptualCalculus3 жыл бұрын
Maximum tension occurs where the slope of the cable is the steepest (closest to vertical). Minimum tension occurs where the cable is horizontal.
