Just came across your channel today. Shocked to here that Bernardo passed away. We go on the Eco Cat twice each year during our 2 week stay in February and always used Bernie for tickets. First stop at the marina every year was to see him and tell him what activities we wanted to do. I will miss him. RIP Bernie

I was pleased with the Fundito y sushi...looked the best by far. Feliz Cumplianos! una pregunta, I think you said the first 10% of the tip goes to the kitchen and the left over goes to the waiter? so if someone only tips 10% then the server gets nothing? We are heavy tippers since we worked in the food industry...what we do is pay the bill and hand cash to the server and we'll continue to do that...I just wanted to tell people about how the % works so they can up their tipping game. Gracias.

I work in a couple of restaurants when I get to cabo and yes and most of them have to tip 10% to the kitchen and rest is for them. Not all work the same but most yes. But of course is not very fer so most of the waiters can control the tip money when you give cash. Grasias for the birthday wishes!!
