I think, it will impact adversely. It has been observed that companies are not that much interested in CMA articles ......and revision of stipend will discourage them to hire more trainee instead, they will prefer others for internship..........I don't think , a company will 27k to 30K as stipend to intern

It is just recommended stipend, institute could've recommended 50000p.m as well. as its recommended its upto corporates/organization to follow it or not. if Instead it was written as "prescribed" then it would've been mandatory for corporates/organizations to follow it. I might be just overanalyzing it.
