Cact-Eye Hidden Camera Prank Calls

The news has been reporting on license plate reading cameras hidden in Paradise Valley cacti lately, which they claim is upsetting the residents. In these calls I attempt to put the residents minds at ease by letting them know that these hidden cameras aren't as sinister as they think.

Cheappy V In Arizona, Sahuaro Cacti, which is what you're seeing in this vid, are protected by the state. It's very illegal, actually a felony, to cut or damage any Sahuaro cactus.. Paradise valley is in AZ
