There is a second guitar playing through all of these live versions of cactus songs. The lead is definitely Jim McCarty, who is the rhythm guitar player? Whenever I saw Cactus live (2 times in Phoenix, AZ in this timeframe) it was the 4 listed above but no rhythm guitar player.

He joined the band for a short time after the release of Restrictions. He plays slide guitar on a couple of tracks on Restrictions.

They added a second guitarist -Ron Leejack - for "Restrictions" to help convince McCarty to stay. I assume it's him.

Ron Leejack was added as a 2nd guitarist during this period. You can hear the 2 guitars clearly. It didn't last very long.

Carmine and Tim are from NY. Fairly sure Jim and Rusty from Detroit. They recorded the first album at Ultrasonic Studios, 10 minutes from the house I grew up in, in Hempstead, NY.
